Meditation

Although not a traditional part of individual or marriage counseling, Meditation is part of our work together.

To experience success in life and relationships we must first and foremost be present. Meditation is a simple yet powerful tool that deepens our present mindedness in all situations. It provides us with the time and space to discover who we are at the deepest level of our being.  Specific instructions and practices are given to all students interested in developing an ongoing meditation practice.  Classes are also offered to support your daily practice.
