Within the group dynamic, there is often much laughter, tears, and heartfelt celebrations as individuals grow and move in new and positive ways together.

In a warm and accepting atmosphere, each group member is gently encouraged to explore their true feelings and share their experiences. Groups typically meet for two hours each week, providing a structured environment for growth and reflection. Some members also attend individual sessions for more personalized support, while others prefer to join only the group discussions. Some sessions focus specifically on certain issues and practical solutions, while others delve into broader, more general concepts. Meditations are thoughtfully included as a helpful addition, allowing members to find calmness and clarity. Overall, group members often make progress faster and with greater ease compared to those who do not participate in groups, fostering a deeper sense of connection and understanding among participants.
